Weekly photographic diary

Sunday and the start of a new week.It hardly seems possible that I am beginning the eigth week of this diary and almost daily I discover things in the garden that surprise and delight. I discovered the lily of the valley plant hiding in one of the shady borders in the back garden although Pete and I had not seen any for the past couple of years. We thought we had lost them but here they were again. Also although the blue flower is a weed which Pete has left in the garden, just look at the colour and form!

Tuesday! Whatever happened to Monday! Another trip to Kings Lynn which meant leaving early and arriving home late. Still it was nice to see the children. Not much of report today except that the starlings and squirrels between them are eating us out of house and home. However even though they are thought common and perhaps a pest the squirrels are entertaining and the iridescent colours on the feathers of the starling is worth noting.
