Happy Easter!

Monday and there has been a double blessing. Yesterday I managed to get a photo of a greenfinch on the bird feeder, a first for me and then early this morning there was a goldfinch on the bird table that I had moved. The photo of this delightful bird is very poor quality but I was so delighted even to have the chance I thought I would include it. Goldfinches have always been special for me.

Tuesday and nothing as exciting as the goldfinch of yesterday, unless of course you are a pigeon fancier. There were two of these rather cumbersome birds sitting on our small bird bath as we ate our breakfast this morning and they looked as if they would topple it.
