Palm Sunday - a busy day with 2
services and a visit from our son but most enjoyable. The only resource that
I could draw on again for photos was the garden. This great tit was most
attractively set off against the japonica background, and it is only sad that
I cannot send the perfume of the pretty viburnum blossom with its picture.

Monday
- managed to create a new web page with pictures of butterflies etc. Only picture for today is
the squirrel who decided to hide in the tree for a while. As you will gather
all the trees and bushes are flowering at the moment. The tree that the
squirrel chose is a Crab Apple tree.

 Tuesday
and something more exotic. Went to Kings Lynn to look after the grandchildren
and took them to Long Sutton Butterly park. Hence the beautiful specimens
that are here. Also watched their display of falcons, owls and eagles.
Amazing to see an American Bald Headed eagle within touching distance, shame
the camera was not ready at that particular point.

I
think the children's favourite was this little fellow who is a burrowing owl.

Wednesday came and went and I can't even remember what I
did now.

up. However I managed to write the sermon for this evening thanks be to
God. Click here for Peter's persective of
Jesus washing his disciple's feet.

Good
Friday and what can be more appropriate than this floral arrangement with all
its symbolism created by one of the ladies in our church. Also a selection of Good Friday meditations.

I
always find the Saturday before Easter Day an odd day. However today has been
most enjoyable with our daughter and her husband coming over for the day.
Even the birds were behaving themselves this morning and I got photos of a
Jay, chaffinch and Magpie, in fact they Jay and Magpie appear on one of the
photos together as the Jay seemed to most territorial over our garden. If you
look carefully the jay is behind the greenery.
